House rules

Please make sure all the guests are respecting the rules. We wish you a pleasant stay!

Maintain a good level of cleanliness (remove the shoes inside, do your dishes…).
Try to be quiet between 10pm and 7am.
In case of any trouble with neighbours, please notify us as soon as possible.
Gambling, smuggling, prostitution, weapons, explosives, poisons and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises and in the accommodation unit.
Never leave children unsupervised by any adults.
Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked when you leave.
We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. Should this happen, please let us know as soon as possible.
Unannounced overnight guests are not permitted.
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted in the accommodation unit.
Be sure to ventilate the kitchen when cooking.
Please return any kitchen items back to where you originally found them.
Do not eat or drink in the sleeping areas. The kitchen table is for eating. The bed is for sleeping.
Make sure you switch off light and all electrical appliances when you go out.
Smoking is not permitted in the building or in the accommodation unit, subject to penalties of up to CHF 2,200.
Please do not rearrange furniture.
Always report any accidental damage or breakages in good time, especially before check-out. In the event of damage, you will be required to pay the cost of repairs in excess of the deposit, if the deposit is insufficient.
