Founded in 2022 by Coucou&Co SA, the Nonanteneuf appart‧hōtel brand is rooted in Swiss hospitality management expertise developed since 2017. Based in Sion, Valais, our company has managed holiday rentals such as chalets, apartments, and houses for private owners for several years. Building on this experience, our know-how naturally expanded to operating commercial properties as serviced apartments. Nonanteneuf offers a modern alternative to traditional hotels, with fully equipped studios and apartments that are urban, flexible, and accessible.
