The Nonanteneuf appart‧hōtel brand was founded in 2022 by Coucou&Co SA. Based in Sion, Valais, we have developed expertise in para-hotel management since 2017, managing rentals for holiday homes, chalets, apartments or houses on behalf of owners. Building on this experience, our management model has been adapted to manage appart‧hōtels.
The digitization of our services and the automation of our operations are part of our know-how, allowing a smooth, connected stay experience without compromising on comfort. Our mission is to democratize appart‧hōtel in Switzerland and make Nonanteneuf a reference in the sector.
