What your stay involves

The process depends on how long you stay. Here is what to expect, in full transparency. None of this is asked of you at this stage.

An accommodation contract

For a smooth and secure stay, every stay of 3 months or more is covered by an accommodation contract, and we support you at every step. It also allows your residence to be registered with the municipality where you stay.

A few documents, later

Proof of identity, then an employment contract or your last three payslips (income of around three times the monthly amount of the accommodation contract). Failing that, a guarantor or an advance payment. These are needed only after our offer, never in this form.

A security deposit

The equivalent of one month of the accommodation contract, due before the contract starts, disclosed in full transparency as part of our offer.
